SEC Rule 605 – Execution Quality
Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. (BFE) introduces transactions on a fully disclosed basis to our clearing firm, Pershing LLC. Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 605 requires market centers and brokers with more than 100,000 customer accounts to publish monthly Execution Quality reports. These reports disclose order execution quality for national market system (NMS) stocks, allowing investors to compare how different market centers and brokers execute orders on a stock-by-stock basis, including execution speed, price improvement, and effective spreads (the actual cost to investors).
Please note that the information provided in this report alone does not create a reliable basis to address whether BFE obtained the most favorable terms reasonably available under the circumstances for customer orders.
