Matt Muckler

Matt is a Senior Vice-President and the Chief Compliance Officer of Advisory at Benjamin F. Edwards.

As Chief Compliance Officer of Advisory, Matt is responsible for establishing compliant policies and procedures at Benjamin F. Edwards. Matt surveils the evolving regulatory environment and works cross-functionally with many areas at the firm to aid in creating processes and controls that meet regulatory requirements. While complying with numerous industry regulations is often seen as burdensome, Matt approaches compliance solutions with advisors needs in mind, striving to streamline processes and leverage technology wherever possible.

Matt joined Benjamin F. Edwards in 2018 and prior to that, his career spanned 16 years in the financial services industry serving in various roles at firms like A.G. Edwards and Scottrade. Matt currently holds the Series 7, 14, 24, 63 and 66 licenses.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is often found coaching various youth sports for his children, and he enjoys traveling whenever possible.
