Craig joined Benjamin F. Edwards in 2009 as manager of Registration. In this role, which he still holds, Craig is responsible for obtaining and maintaining licenses and registrations for the firm and registered employees to ensure the firm complies with various industry and state rules and regulations when providing investment advice or services. In addition, Craig oversees the creation and maintenance of the firm’s continuing education program.
He started his career in 1997 at A.G. Edwards working in the Margin Department where he gained a broad knowledge of the securities industry. After several years, he moved to the Legal Department where he was responsible for the identification, creation and regulatory filing compliance of incoming legal matters.
Craig graduated from Fontbonne University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and holds FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 24, and 79 securities licenses.
Craig is married to his wife, Jill, and they have three children. Craig and Jill are active volunteers at their church and their children’s school. Outside of work, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, watching his children play sports, and running/cycling.
