Ben Holman has almost 20 years of investment banking experience, including experience in M&A, strategic advisory and a broad array of financings for both private and public companies.
Ben joined Benjamin F. Edwards in 2019 and has worked across a variety of industries, including the financial services sector where he previously served as Head of Financial Institutions at Wunderlich Securities and Head of Specialty Finance at Sterne Agee, two middle-market-focused investment banks. Ben also served as a Principal at Banc of America Securities’ investment banking group and began his investment banking career with Legg Mason.
Ben is married and lives with his wife Pamela and their two high school-aged children, Hunter and Ava, in St. Louis, Missouri. They are passionate about their city and community and Ben serves as Board President of Mission: St. Louis.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA with a concentration in finance from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. He holds the FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
