My Professional Background

I have been in the financial services industry, interacting with financial advisors and firms, since 2009. My career, prior to joining Benjamin F. Edwards & Co., was spent on the Asset Management side of the business. For over a decade, I traded investment
grade corporate and municipal bonds. I appreciated the invaluable knowledge gained from spending each day “in the market”; however, I always missed the personal interactions and the joy relationships bring to this business. I joined Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. in 2020 seeking to combine my knowledge of the marketplace with my passion for working closely with people toward achieving a common goal.

My experience has shown me both the good and the bad this industry has to offer. Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. embodies what is good and true about the business of financial advice. As a financial advisor my primary aim is to partner with my clients to analyze their short, and long-term needs, and determine the most effective resources to meet these needs. With access to a wide variety of products, platforms and strategies, I will work hard to offer customized portfolios based on my clients’ goals, objectives and life stages. Together, we will work as a team to put the right plan in place to help accomplish what matters most to you.

My wife, Sarah, and I live in Wheaton with our four children. We are transplants to the area after attending Wheaton College. As a family we enjoy being active, golfing, and traveling to see our families in Minnesota and Michigan. I also enjoy volunteering in the
community and currently serve as chairman of the board at Glen Ellyn Bible Church and as a board member at Outreach Community Ministries.
