MY PROFESSIONAL APPROACH
Trust. When it comes to investment planning and preparing an investment approach that helps you meet your needs, it all starts with trust. However, trust doesn’t happen overnight. It develops over time in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect. This is one of the things that I have learned in my years as a financial advisor.
This is also why I believe it is important to spend time with my clients and get to know them. After all, no two clients are alike and the same goes for their investment plans. When we work together, I’ll ask questions and listen to your answers. Your responses will guide us as we develop a plan that addresses your unique financial situation and tolerance for risk.
Finally, we’ll put that plan into action and meet periodically to evaluate its progress. During those meetings, we’ll also catch up on any developments that may require us to adjust our direction. For me, this is what client-first service is all about. We want them to realize their dreams, but we try to also manage expectations and set realistic goals.
MY BACKGROUND
For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in financial services. I joined Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. in 2017 because of their emphasis on client-first service. I enjoy being part of my clients’ lives and helping them solve problems and plan for their financial futures. From college planning to retirement, I am prepared to assist my clients as we structure strategic investment portfolios that help them meet their goals and objectives.
When I am not working, my husband, Richard, and I enjoy spending time with our family, traveling, cooking and entertaining. In addition, I volunteer at my church, and am a former board member of the El Dorado Civitan Club and a former member of the El Dorado Service League. I am also an adjunct instructor of Business at Southern Arkansas University.
