“Dave serves individuals nearing and entering retirement by building professional and personal relationships and helping them achieve financial well-being.”
Since 1987, Dave has guided individuals, business owners and their families through the stages of life. Having experienced challenging and rewarding market cycles, Dave brings clients a seasoned perspective that enables clients to achieve their financial goals. He emphasizes building personal relationships with clients, understanding what is important in their lives and establishing an emotional connection.
Dave employs a multi-step consultative process to address his clients’ most pressing financial challenges. He begins by listening to the client to determine their priorities and then recommends a customized investment portfolio to address each of these goals. Finally, an ongoing review process is established to proactively update the client on the progress of achieving their objectives. Dave believes that planning is a continuous process throughout each client’s life, and by following a sound investment strategy, clients will be successful in living the lifestyle they want.
In the early days of his career, Dave worked in the trading department assisting the head trader where he gained a unique perspective on the importance of developing a sell strategy. He believes a disciplined sell strategy is important to help clients adapt to changing market conditions, personal needs or investment time horizon. In addition, his trading background allows Dave to serve senior corporate executives that often have unique and complex situations including incentive stock options, restricted securities and block trading needs.
Dave and his wife, Allison, reside in Colorado with their two children Isabelle and Nicholas. When he is not working, Dave is the head coach of his son’s soccer team and enjoys his daughter’s interest in piano and ballet. He and Allison appreciate the natural beauty of Colorado and like to walk and hike along the paths and in the parks when they have free time.
